Hire and catering prices
All technical equipment is included in the hire price. The minimum booking is 4 hours and we usually open the hall 30 minutes before your event. Prices are exclusive of VAT; the price including VAT is shown with each item.
Hall hire

CZK 1,198/hour incl. VAT
The same price on weekdays, in the evening and at weekends.
For events from 1 January 2027: peak time CZK 1,390, other weekdays and evenings CZK 1,390, weekends and public holidays CZK 990.
Minimum 4 hours. Up to 20% cheaper at the last minute — see prices in the calendar.
Included: laser projector, wireless microphones, 152 cm LED screen, desktop PC, flipchart and presenter.

The minimum hire period is 4 hours, and every started hour is charged. There is no upper limit — we can prepare the venue for a full day or even round the clock.
If the schedule allows, we usually open the hall to you 30 minutes before your event starts, so you have time to set up equipment and materials. If you need guaranteed set-up time, include it in your booking.
Full technical equipment: an Epson laser projector with a 347 cm projection screen, a 152 cm LED screen, two wireless microphones with a sound system, a desktop PC, flipchart, presenter and high-speed internet with the wePresent system.
Our price list shows prices exclusive of VAT, as most of our customers are companies. Each price in the price list also shows the price including VAT (21% for hall hire, refreshments at the rate of the item), and the calculator in the inquiry form shows the total including VAT.
Up to 70 guests in theatre style, 50 in classroom style, 30 around a U-shaped table and 10 in the lounge.
There is a bus stop right outside the building, and Budějovická or Kačerov on metro line C is 3 minutes away. By car, use one of 4 guarded car parks in the BBCentrum complex or a pay-and-display machine from CZK 20/hour.
Yes. We prepare anything from coffee breaks, soups and main courses to a multi-course hot buffet. On request we also provide platters, Czech open sandwiches, cakes, desserts or fruit platters.
